Justin Cramer, co-founder of ProShip, explains that on an average day, his company’s customers typically ship in the upper thousands to low ten thousand, with many being retail or manufacturing businesses directly serving consumers.

However, during peak seasons, their shipping volume can increase dramatically, ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands per day, demonstrating significant fluctuations in demand. Now imagine how much human error could potentially play a role and how software can help us remove some of those thousands and thousands of decisions and create data points for future solutions.
