In addition to hosting the Everything is Logistics podcast, I cofounded a podcaster community in Jacksonville, Florida where we host quarterly meetups in local establishments all over the city dubbed Jax Podcasters United.

In addition to in-person meetups, we’re also starting to host online educational sessions on what’s going on in the business world of podcasting and how other creators can evolve with those changes.

My cofounder Badr Milligan and I cover a lot of ground in this episode so if you’re an aspiring or veteran podcaster, this episode is jam packed with insight from two podcasters who have been in the game for a decade. We’re covering what stats should matter, how to market your show, getting guests, and so much more.
