Charlie Cunnion, VP of Supply Chain at CMPC Forest Products North America, runs that chain across 16 manufacturing sites in South America, moving roughly 10,000 TEUs and 300,000 tons of breakbulk into the U.S. every year. He’s navigating live tariff uncertainty, legacy systems that print bills of lading the same way Christopher Columbus’s crew would recognize, and a vendor inbox full of “can I have 25 minutes to understand how you procure freight.”
